Program Enables Delivery of $300,000 in Funds, Goods, Services

OREM, UT–(January 13, 2011) – Pinnacle Security, a leader in the North American residential security market, today announced the conclusion of the inaugural year of its philanthropic program, “Pinnacle: Securing Hope.”

The program, initiated in the fall of 2010 to formalize the many charitable endeavors already in progress at Pinnacle, included becoming the first corporate sponsor for Sustain Haiti, a locally based NGO, holding a 5K race to benefit the organization, sending relief teams to a community in Honduras and holding a food drive for the Community Action Food Bank in Utah. The company collected more than 40,000 pounds of canned goods.

OREM, UT–( November 5, 2010) – Pinnacle Security, a leader in the residential and commercial security market, today announced the appointment of Stuart Dean as Vice President of Corporate Communications.

In this newly created position, Dean will be responsible for overseeing the company’s corporate communications strategies including the development of public relations initiatives, media relations, corporate advertising, social media campaigns, customer marketing programs and other key corporate initiatives. Dean will report to Chief Operating Officer Steve Hafen.

“We are pleased to make this key addition to the management team,” said Hafen. “In order to further support our growth, it was important to bring strong talent and presence to this position. Stuart’s experience and expertise in communications as well as his experience in the home security industry will be a significant asset as we advance Pinnacle’s industry leadership position even further.”

Dean brings with him over 20 years of executive level corporate communications, sales and marketing experience. Most recently, Dean served as the Director of Corporate Communications for APX Alarm where he was responsible for the company’s external and internal corporate communications programs. Previously, Dean also served as SVP of Sales for the Americas with PR Newswire in addition to providing public relations and marketing consulting services throughout his career.
