We were so impressed with Pinnacle's response and the installation for us. We were leaving for a 5 day vacation and we only gave them 1 day notice to come and install a system. They arrived the next morning as scheduled and the installation was completed in a craftsman like manner, cleanly and with sensitivity toward our home and very timely, within hours. We were able to leave for vacation as planned and were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that we left our home feeling much better and safe with Pinnacle.

I would have to say that the whole process was so smooth and painless. Signing up was quite easy with no up-selling and the person doing the install was very knowledgeable and fast. I have online access to the security records and the controls are quite easy to use. I would rate this as a top notch experience and much different than the others we were looking at.

It's a great comfort to have a reliable security system installed. My wife feels safe and secure while I am away for work and I loves the ability to monitor via the internet and rest assured that my family is safe at home. It is my pleasure to share my thoughts and experience with Pinnacle as a company and it's employees. Just a brief background note...the day before my system was scheduled to be installed, my place was broken into and stuff was removed. Needless to say, I was disappointed called my sales rep James Street and he immediately got on the horn and had a technician to me within the hour. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was concerned about the systems placement down to it's aesthetic appeal. A rare quality in technicians these days- usually they just slap something on and don't care how it looks as long as it works. I know because I used to install networks and I had to clean up shotty work all the time. This guy did whatever it took to make the installation completed to my satisfaction. He was wonderful - an Ace in my book. Since then, the device has worked like a charm , I fe el way safer, my place is protected and it looks sharp! I've called customer service a couple of times and they've been very responsive to my questions. All in all, I am very pleased. Oh yeah, the automated billing works like a charm - no glitches in the service or billing. Thank you all so much.

The system Pinnacle installed in my home is exactly what we discussed and was installed with minimal disruption to my day. I have not however received a installation certificate from Pinnacle that we discussed. I need this certificate do that I may turn this into the insurance company and receive credit for my system. Please email me a copy of the appropriate certificate for the system installed in my residence. (Burglar/Fire). Thanks again for helping me with choosing the correct system for my family's needs.
