Pinnacle Security Door/Window sensors operate using highly sensitive magnets to create an electric connection. If that connection is broken by less than an inch, the sensor sends a signal to the primary panel.

If the system is armed, this triggers the alarm. If the system is disarmed, this triggers the chime. Either way, you'll know when someone comes into your home.

We reccomend a minimum setup of a door/window sensors on
every exterior door.
