“Pinnacle: Securing Hope” Program Incorporates Additional Opportunities to Serve National and International Communities
OREM, UT-(October 19, 2010) - Pinnacle Security, a leader in the residential and commercial security market, today announced the launch of “Pinnacle: Securing Hope,” a company-wide philanthropic initiative designed to impact lives and communities both close to home and abroad.
“Providing security and peace of mind in the communities where we operate is our top priority,” said Kelly Walker, CEO, Pinnacle Security. “Enriching individuals and communities that need it most is a natural extension of our mission to further opportunities for our company and our employees. We are excited about the ‘Pinnacle: Securing Hope’ program and expect it to grow and evolve, allowing us to continually assist individuals in need.”
The new initiative is designed to provide support and aid to those in need across the U.S. and around the world. The first phase includes active service and support in developing countries as well as an education and scholarship program for students in the company’s own community.
Through the “Pinnacle: Securing Hope” initiative, Pinnacle and its employees will dedicate funds, time and resources to various causes in the U.S. and other countries. In the coming weeks, relief efforts will focus on Haiti and Honduras. Pinnacle sales representatives and employees will travel to communities within those areas where they will donate time and materials to help rebuild neighborhoods and communities that have continued needs resulting from recent natural disasters.
“Pinnacle’s employees have always engaged in serving communities in this country and others,” said Steve Hafen, COO, Pinnacle Security. “It was appropriate to bring those initiatives under one umbrella to further support each and every endeavor. We are proud of the dedication our company and our sales teams have shown by serving communities locally and internationally.”
“‘Securing Hope’ is Pinnacle Security’s way of being involved in the world around us and doing something to help those in need,” said Scott Carter, Senior Director, Human Resources, Pinnacle Security, who will head the initiative and coordinate events and information for Pinnacle. “We encourage everyone to do their part to help make the world a better place.”
