OREM, UT-( November 5, 2010) - Pinnacle Security, a leader in the residential and commercial security market, today announced the appointment of Stuart Dean as Vice President of Corporate Communications.
In this newly created position, Dean will be responsible for overseeing the company’s corporate communications strategies including the development of public relations initiatives, media relations, corporate advertising, social media campaigns, customer marketing programs and other key corporate initiatives. Dean will report to Chief Operating Officer Steve Hafen.

Stuart’s experience and expertise in communications as well as his experience in the home security industry will be a significant asset as we advance Pinnacle’s industry leadership position even further.”
Dean brings with him over 20 years of executive level corporate communications, sales and marketing experience. Most recently, Dean served as the Director of Corporate Communications for APX Alarm where he was responsible for the company’s external and internal corporate communications programs. Previously, Dean also served as SVP of Sales for the Americas with PR Newswire in addition to providing public relations and marketing consulting services throughout his career.

“Pinnacle: Securing Hope” Program Incorporates Additional Opportunities to Serve National and International Communities
OREM, UT-(October 19, 2010) - Pinnacle Security, a leader in the residential and commercial security market, today announced the launch of “Pinnacle: Securing Hope,” a company-wide philanthropic initiative designed to impact lives and communities both close to home and abroad.
“Providing security and peace of mind in the communities where we operate is our top priority,” said Kelly Walker, CEO, Pinnacle Security. “Enriching individuals and communities that need it most is a natural extension of our mission to further opportunities for our company and our employees. We are excited about the ‘Pinnacle: Securing Hope’ program and expect it to grow and evolve, allowing us to continually assist individuals in need.”
The new initiative is designed to provide support and aid to those in need across the U.S. and around the world. The first phase includes active service and support in developing countries as well as an education and scholarship program for students in the company’s own community.
Through the “Pinnacle: Securing Hope” initiative, Pinnacle and its employees will dedicate funds, time and resources to various causes in the U.S. and other countries. In the coming weeks, relief efforts will focus on Haiti and Honduras. Pinnacle sales representatives and employees will travel to communities within those areas where they will donate time and materials to help rebuild neighborhoods and communities that have continued needs resulting from recent natural disasters.

Adoption of Advanced Technology Provides Additional Services for Pinnacle Customers
OREM, UT-(September 20, 2010) - Pinnacle Security, a leader in the North American residential security market, today announced it has won Speech Technology magazine’s 2010 Implementation Award for its use of Productive Workforce and Seamless Customer Service applications — software that allows the company to maximize its staffing capabilities.
